Terms & conditions

All our services and shipments are subject to the following terms and conditions. Deviating conditions only apply if they have been confirmed by us in writing.

With your order at Maple Figures you provide a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an confirmation via e-mail within the following 7 days. Products, which are not included in the order confirmation, are not part of the contract. If your offer is not accepted within 7 days, it is considered as rejected. We try to ship all orders within 2-5 working days after receiving the payment. If we are not able to ship your order as planned or not at all, we will inform you as soon as possible. All statements about shipping dates are non-binding. Until full payment goods are owned by Maple Figures.
